  • How long will it take to get my website up and running?

    It varies based on which features you need and complexity of your website. On average, about 4-5 weeks.


    Things that can impact completion time include client access delays, certain revision requests, 3rd-party technical issues, etc.

  • Who do I work with?

    At Floww, we truly value consistent communication and relationships with our clients. This means you'll work directly with a dedicated Account Executive.


    They'll oversee all operations and communicate with you while our Digital and Support teams efficiently handle projects and tasks.

  • Will I get to preview my website before it goes live?

    Absolutely! You'll get a link to see how your website looks on all devices. We can make revisions as needed. Your website will only launch live when you approve everything.

  • Are there any extra costs or long term commitments?

    All plans have a 12-month term to start, then continue month-to-month. Cancel anytime.


    If you have custom requests or need 3rd-party software integrations, additional charges may apply. We'll help assess your best options and communicate costs prior to any work beginning.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my website?

    Should you need to cancel your website, there are no fees and you simply send us an email.


    We'll also transfer you all the copy and screenshots from your website should you wish to rebuild it in the future.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm (MST).
